Job Summary
Retail Supervisor role at IT’SUGAR in Chicago involves acting as Leader on Duty to oversee daily store operations, coach Sales Associates, uphold customer service standards through the SUGARTAINMENT model, drive sales goals, manage store visuals, events, and promotions, and ensure loss prevention procedures are followed while maintaining brand energy and a positive, energetic team environment. Key responsibilities include coaching and training staff, cash handling, operating POS, ensuring store cleanliness and visual standards, executing promotions, planning events, and communicating LP issues with the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience
- at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able and willing to work 32-40 hours a week
- Must be able to use a POS/cash register
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; lift/move up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance
