Job Summary
Technical hands-on IT leader responsible for delivering site IT/desktop support at assigned Integer locations, driving operational excellence, coaching and developing site support technicians, coordinating IT projects and solutions with Architecture and Engineering teams and external vendors, ensuring continuity of service and compliance with QA/regulatory requirements, and leading site technology initiatives and PC lifecycle activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7+ years of related IT desktop support experience in a manufacturing environment in a multi-site Microsoft Windows environment
