Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple iScan contracts and locations, supervising subcontractors and team leaders while monitoring production and quality goals. Assist the Contract Manager in developing procedures, running software reports, conducting system audits, and implementing agency policies. Act as the primary liaison between the production team, customer, and upper management, handling customer service inquiries and finalizing jobs for delivery. Maintain accurate personnel documentation and monitor hardware and software performance. Fill in as an Imaging Tech when necessary. This role requires standing, moving, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with the ability to travel to multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years prior experience in contracts
- 3 years prior supervising experience
- Experience in a production environment
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
