Supervisor, Investment Accounting

Monitor and track daily accounting operations and monthly financial closes for domestic and international investment portfolios. Serve as the staff accountants' point of contact for issue resolution while collaborating with the Clearwater client service team to troubleshoot technical and operational problems. Drive process enhancements for recording and reconciling journal entries, including continuous improvement of Excel processes and participation in ERP/HFM automation efforts. Prepare analyses supporting Financial Reporting, FP&A, and external rating agency requests, and assist with researching U.S. GAAP and Statutory technical accounting matters. Oversee team guidance and training to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.
