Supervisor, Inventory Analyst

Supervisor, Inventory Analyst responsible for maintaining perpetual record integrity in distribution to ensure inventory accuracy through the administration of the cycle count program and the thorough analysis and response to miscellaneous issues and receipts. Oversees inventory associates and other staff, delegates work, manages shifts, analyzes daily cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies, audits daily error reports, and prepares monthly data and reports from WMS to support inventory control. Emphasizes safety, quality, and effective communication, with a focus on space utilization, product locator system updates, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer demands. Requires leadership experience, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
