Job Summary
Oversee inventory staff and cycle-count processes to maintain perpetual record integrity and inventory accuracy. Analyze daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare monthly data from WMS reports. Lead inventory associates, delegate tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. Manage space utilization, product locator systems, and effective communications with operations and clients. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to train and develop staff, and proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- Ability to operate MHE
