Job Summary
Supervise in-home therapists for intensive, strength-based interventions with families exposed to abuse or neglect, ensuring 24/7 client accessibility through rotating on-call duties and case coverage. Manage administrative staff, conduct weekly case consultations, and direct client intake while coordinating with DCF Enhanced Service Coordinators. Accompany therapists on difficult home visits, perform utilization reviews using Credible and PIE, and assist in hiring and performance evaluations. Maintain monthly attendance at DCF progress meetings, support staff training development, and serve as a designee for suicide risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Human Services, or related field
- 2-4 years of social services experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in providing home-based services
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Rotating on-call responsibilities for client accessibility 24 hours, 7 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
