Job Summary
Therapy Services Supervisor role overseeing inpatient and outpatient therapy operations split between Franciscan Health Lafayette East/Inpatient and YMCA Lafayette/Outpatient. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff to ensure quality patient care, monitoring productivity, coordinating inventory and supplies, coordinating department procedures, interviewing and advising on new hires, auditing care practices to meet quality standards, monitoring cost accounting and charging systems for assigned areas, developing age-appropriate standards of care, communicating with patients and families, and documenting understanding of treatment plans and goals. Requires leadership experience, clinical expertise in PT/OT/SLP, and relevant state licensure and CCC/ASHA credentials; CPR/AHA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
- 3 years Clinical experience
- 2 years Leadership experience
- CPR - American Heart Association
- State Licensing Board for Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SPE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - ASHA for Speech Language Pathologists
- Licensing as required by specialization (as applicable)
