Job Summary
The Supervisor - Injection Molding Manufacturing is responsible for producing parts that meet quality standards, maintaining cycle times, and executing molding processes. Duties include troubleshooting molding issues, performing hot stamp and color/material changes, conducting QA audits, and leading a small team of assemblers and technicians. The role requires effective communication, the ability to train employees, and the use of IQMS for documentation. Candidates must have at least two years of injection molding experience and one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an injection molding environment working directly with equipment
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience leading production employees
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Must be a self-starter with high initiative and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (IQMS preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
