Job Summary
Manage the site safety program, enforce policies, and drive housekeeping standards including 5S while leading employee wellness initiatives. Develop strategic understanding of site and company-wide initiatives to support positive change and ensure effective implementation of new processes. Communicate priorities, equipment status, and issues to the customer to sustain a profitable relationship. Assist the Site Manager in measuring maintenance performance indicators, managing labor and material expenses, and approving overtime. Review work orders for schedule adherence, conduct team meetings, and mentor employees on career planning and skills development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
- Planner/scheduler experience
