Supervisor In Training

Direct the workforce to produce, process, and inspect castings while overseeing melting, molding, finishing, and shipping operations. Utilize manpower and equipment to maximize productivity, ensuring all iron poured and molds made meet established parameters. Continuously train employees in safe work practices and maintain a clean, orderly work area. You will reside in the office and on the production floor, adhering to plant conditions, with a high school diploma and 3-5 years of foundry experience preferred.
