Job Summary
Oversee daily manufacturing team operations and contribute to routing and execution to ensure high-quality product delivery. Participate in training sessions to learn effective team management and conflict-resolution techniques. Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to enhance productivity. Collaborate with senior supervisors to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency. Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure the team meets expectations. Skills emphasized include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, time management, with leadership and coaching development through training. Shift coverage includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (6:30 am–3:00 pm; 2:30 pm–11:00 pm; 10:30 pm–7:00 am).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
