SUPERVISOR IMOB - Joinville

Develop new commercial partnerships with real estate agencies to expand the client base and drive sales, while coordinating the contract flow for customers. Conduct negotiations to finalize transactions, perform pre-analysis of client documentation for financing, and resolve purchase and sale contract pending items. Support pricing planning through market and competitor research, train commercial partners on MRV products and systems, and ensure correct brand usage. Requires a full university degree, real estate market knowledge, Office suite proficiency, and strong relationship and analysis skills.
