Job Summary
Welcome and engage guests with warmth, drive walk-in bookings, and host games with high energy. Maintain a spotless, organized environment, handle guest concerns quickly, and support the venue manager in training and coaching the team. Open or close the venue confidently while ensuring all operational steps are completed. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a 90-day performance-based probationary period. You will join a fast-growing entertainment brand where you can test newest games before launch and earn monthly performance incentives tied to venue results.
