Supervisor II Slider Final Visual Inspection Operation (SFV)

Execute slider manufacturing at the Final Visual Inspection operation per the build plan while managing manpower, assigning tasks, and organizing shift schedules. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans. Mentor team members, coordinate training programs, and act as a liaison between management and staff to communicate policies and gather feedback. Address operational issues, workflow bottlenecks, and conflicts by applying Lean principles and Kaizen activities to optimize processes. Allocate tools and materials efficiently, ensure adherence to safety standards and quality policies, and prepare reports on team performance and operational metrics for management.
