Job Summary
Review cash receipts coding and prepare monthly analysis between the Development CRM and Finance General Ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies. Perform monthly bank and investment reconciliations, review supporting financial schedules, and prepare reconciliations and journal entries for McDonald's national fundraisers. Manage the financial portion of estate gift and insurance application processes, maintain A/P Portal and Excel system integration files, and assist with annual external audit and IRS Form 990 processes. Oversee estate gift processing to ensure appropriate recording and perform annual updates on outstanding gift receivables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
