Job Summary
Supervisor II, Production on 2nd shift leads a manufacturing team, coaching and developing employees, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards are understood and followed. The role balances quality, efficiency, cost, delivery and morale; drives lean manufacturing practices, problem-solving, and continuous improvement; participates in Be-Ready quality audits and regulatory requirements; and serves as the critical link between management and floor workers to meet production plans and maintain a Zero Harm environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma / GED with 7 or more years of leadership experience OR Associate’s degree with 3 or more years of leadership experience.
