Supervisor II

Supervisor II responsible for the effective management and coordination of the fabrication workshop; leads fixture design team to meet customer requirements and coordinates with MRO buyers to control outsourcing costs, delivery dates, and quality. Plans daily workshop tasks, analyzes technical flows for optimization, establishes fixture design standards and working instructions, conducts standard machining man-hour analysis and improvements, and drives continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Supports the manager in team development, performance appraisal, and coaching, while ensuring safety regulations are implemented to prevent incidents. Other tasks as designated by the manager. Skills in mechanical fixture design, AutoCAD and CATIA (UG) are required.
