Job Summary
Accounting Supervisor oversees daily AP activities, ensures accurate processing, leads and develops AP team, supports month-end close and financial reporting, maintains ASC 842 lease accounting, coordinates with Accounting, Finance, and stakeholders, reviews expenses and reimbursements in Concur, prepares GL entries and reconciliations, and performs ad hoc analyses. Requires strong accounting knowledge (GAAP), experience with vendor invoices, reimbursements, fixed assets, cash forecasting, and internal controls; leadership and coaching of direct reports; and a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- CPA Certification preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years in related accounting function required.
- One (1) to three (3) years in supervisory or leadership role required.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
