Requires LLMSW/LMSW with two years of licensed social work/IDD care coordination experience; strong leadership, training, and regulatory oversight skills; experience in budgeting and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- LLMSW from the State of Michigan (LMSW preferred)
- Two years of experience as a licensed Social Worker/IDD Care Coordinator
