Supervisor I - TSS

Provide leadership and supervision to Recovery Specialists, ensuring quality care that incorporates clinical understanding of related health care issues. Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable. Assist in the selection of staff and resolution of personnel issues, while coaching and counseling employees under the direction of the Program Director. Oversee client activities, facilitate efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration, and provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed. Take part in on-call rotation and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Recognize and adhere to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources, questioning appropriateness of standards of care, policies, and protocols. Attend staff meetings, in-services, and mandatory trainings.
