Job Summary
Provide oversight of programming and milieu management, including individual and group supervision to staff, assignment of caseloads, and development of group schedules. Manage crises within the program, ensure staff remain current in required trainings, and monitor the completion of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Conduct chart reviews for compliance, facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, and perform utilization management reviews. Serve as an authorized representative for data submission into the Virtual Gateway system, create staff evaluations, and collaborate with the Program Director to recruit and screen new staff. Participate in supervisor on-call rotation and maintain clinical licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Education Counseling, Medicine, Mental Health, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Social Work
- Independent clinical licensure
- Two years of supervised clinical counseling experience
- At least one full-time equivalent year of clinical supervisory experience
- Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team setting
