Job Summary
Provide oversight of programming and milieu management while supervising staff, assigning caseloads, and managing group schedules. Ensure staff remains current in required trainings, monitor assessments and treatment plans, and handle crises with immediate support and documentation. Facilitate staff and multidisciplinary meetings, conduct chart reviews, and manage service coordination. Submit data into the Enterprise Invoice/Service Management system and create staff evaluations. Participate in supervisor on-call rotation and collaborate with the Program Director to identify staffing needs and recruit new hires. Maintain direct service productivity and clinical licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Education Counseling, Medicine, Mental Health, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Social Work
- Independent clinical licensure
- Two years of supervised clinical counseling experience
- At least one year of full-time equivalent clinical supervisory experience
- Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Must be able to work within a team setting
