Supervisor Hydromet Operations

Direct and supervise Hydromet Operations activities including leach, solvent extraction, electrowinning, and cathode harvesting to achieve production, cost, and quality KPIs. Ensure all employees and contractors adhere to Pinto Valley Mine and MSHA safety standards, operating procedures, and training requirements. Lead, coach, and mentor staff while establishing clear expectations and managing shift handoffs to maintain operational continuity. Allocate resources, define work plans, and coordinate maintenance to execute activities within budget. Capture and analyze operational data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, driving performance improvements and optimizing processes. Implement initiatives to enhance business systems and equipment utilization for overall department performance. Operate under a 7-on, 7-off schedule with 12-hour day and night shifts.
