Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day HR team activities and provides coaching and guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Partners with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with the Butterball Way, and supports hiring, performance management, employee relations, safety, and policy administration. Drives compliance with employment laws, Equal Employment opportunities, Affirmative Action plans, and other employment-related regulations. Coaches managers, builds strong relationships with leaders and teams, and uses data to inform strategic HR solutions. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, experience in manufacturing environments, and proficiency with HRIS/SAP and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience in the role.]
