Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping operations in a hotel environment; assign room attendants and staff according to staffing guides and occupancy, monitor training and adherence to standards, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage payroll-related budgeting and attendance, verify clock-ins, and enforce safety and policy compliance. Coordinate linen handling and inventory, ensure ready rooms are reported to the front desk by set times, and supervise quality control across guestrooms and public areas. May perform duties of Housekeeper when staffing is inadequate. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong computer skills. Requires flexibility in scheduling and a customer-service orientation.
