Supervisor-Housekeeping

Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards, run sold room reports, and verify room status. Prioritize room cleaning, determine discrepant rooms, and update status of departing guest rooms. Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, documenting and resolving issues with the Front Desk. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while ensuring adherence to safety policies and company standards. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing service needs and maintaining professional relationships. Complete required paperwork and communicate shift issues to the next team.
