Supervisor-Housekeeping

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, and prioritize room cleaning while updating departing guest room statuses. Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts across Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, documenting and resolving issues with the Front Desk. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety policies and company standards. Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing service needs and maintaining professional relationships. Complete required paperwork and communicate issues to the next shift.
