Job Summary
Coordinate kitchen staff and other functional areas on service timing and production. Ensure service requirements for each stand are fulfilled and manage inventories, order supplies, and reconcile point-of-sale systems. Conduct pre-shift meetings to reinforce training, provide procedure updates, and receive feedback. Supervise staff to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and transaction policies, including ID checks and uniform standards. Maintain a collaborative attitude with customers, co-workers, and management while adhering to Legends Global and venue policies. Available for non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join the team at the new Highmark Stadium, the largest construction project in Western New York, as we prepare for the 2026 NFL season.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
- Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
