Job Summary
Coach and model Wow customer service on the sales floor while overseeing daily work activity for team members across one or more departments. Provide direction to staff on merchandising, loss prevention, and store operations, then assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments. Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating problems to management when necessary, and act as Manager-on-Duty at satellite locations or in the absence of upper management. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and window cleaning. Part-time availability required year round with flexible weekly schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
