Supervisor

Supervisor role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert styling advice and a welcoming store atmosphere, leading a team of sales assistants, managing opening/closing procedures, interpreting sales data to optimize store performance, overseeing daily operations (delivery, replenishment, floor coverage), and acting as a brand ambassador. Strong emphasis on customer-focused service, product passion, adaptability, proactive initiative, and strong communication. The position is full-time with a 32-40 hour week contract and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with in-store (in-person) work arrangement.
