Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor at Movement leads front desk operations during peak hours, delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising desk staff, conducting gym tours, guiding members to products and programs, educating guests about memberships and promotions, checking in members, assisting with retail and sales, performing facility upkeep, and supporting events. The role requires scheduling flexibility, a proactive approach to customer service, training new desk team members, ensuring safety and risk management, and demonstrating Movement’s values of growth, connection, and integrity. Must be able to instruct Introductory climbing classes (training provided) and maintain positive, professional communication with the team. Evening and weekend availability is required; this is a full-time position at a climbing gym with a focus on hospitality, recreation, and service orientation.
