Job Summary
Ground Operations Supervisor role leading warehouse staff and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, scheduling shifts, ensuring safety and KPI targets, cross-functional coordination, accurate reporting, and overseeing sort and launch package processing. Requires at least 1 year of management experience in logistics/operations, comfort with a physically demanding warehouse environment, ability to plan and prioritize initiatives, and flexibility to work night shifts (Wednesday–Saturday, 11pm–9am) with potential off-site variations. Compensation $60K-$70K plus equity and benefits; exempt role in Oklahoma City.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs
- Is physically able to work in a warehouse that includes: standing for the duration of the shift; moving boxes up and down including frequent bending; may need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; may work in hot or cold temperatures; may work in an environment with loud noise and fumes
