Job Summary
Ground Operations Supervisor leading hands-on warehouse operations, coaching and developing warehouse staff to meet KPIs and ensure accurate reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional communication. Responsible for safety adherence, orchestrating shift schedules to meet operational needs, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. Overnight and weekend availability required; is onsite with occasional off-site opportunities at management discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
- Physically able to work in a warehouse and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
