Job Summary
Supervisor role focusing on intake orchestration, scope validation, and briefing quality to enable high-quality, on-time delivery across marketing, digital, and other functions. You will balance team workload, educate requestors on brief standards, maintain accurate Jira records, and drive continuous improvement including adoption of GenAI capabilities. Responsibilities include driving clear cross-functional communication, routing work to execution teams, monitoring progress, removing blockers, and ensuring visibility through Jira status updates; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a multicultural environment; and identifying reuse opportunities and template gaps to optimize processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience)
- Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles
- Business-level English reading and writing proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office
