Job Summary
Supervisor role overseeing intake, brief quality, traffic/workload balancing, and governance for digital/marketing operations. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional requests, ensuring high-quality briefs, balancing workload across teams, maintaining accurate Jira records, and driving continuous improvement including exploration of GenAI capabilities. Requires ability to educate requestors on briefing standards, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across markets. Key skills include strong communication, attention to detail, Jira usage, project coordination, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Veeva/Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include serving as primary intake contact, validating scope, consolidating assets/approvals, routing work to execution teams, and producing concise status updates. Educational background and experience noted above; English proficiency and ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience).
- Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
- Business-level English reading and writing proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office.
