Job Summary
Oversee operations in the Golden Bee dining area, supervise shift team members, train and monitor dining room staff, schedule employees, manage reservations and guest parties, present menu items and upsell, assist wait staff and bartender, ensure station and side-work completion, orient new staff, manage door/hosts, maintain knowledge of wine and cocktails, handle paperwork, greet guests, and use ResPak and Guest Itinerary systems. Requires guiding a fast-paced, team-oriented service environment, upholding Broadmoor policies and safety guidelines, and adapting to changes to enhance guest experience. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant hospitality software, strong communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training with one year in supervisory role
- Ability to directly supervise employees; HR-related duties including interviewing, hiring, and training
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accounting software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Order processing systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business dictates
