Job Summary
Supervisor – Global Payroll overseeing payroll processing, ensuring statutory compliance and accuracy of payments; review and approve payroll runs; handle complex cases (tax, expatriate payroll); coordinate with HR, Finance, and vendors; drive standard work instructions and SOP adherence; ensure daily bank reconciliations and regulatory compliance; develop internal controls and support external audits; lead the India SSC payroll team, coach and develop staff; focus on KPIs such as first-time-right payroll, escalation volume, and audit issues; proficient in payroll platforms (ADP EV6/WorkforceNow, SD Worx) and HCM/Service Management tools; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- experience leading a payroll/team
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
