Job Summary
Oversee global fixed-asset procurement and facilities services, including capital assets, equipment, furniture, and related vendor governance. Lead procurement strategies, supplier performance, and service standards to support cost optimization, compliance, asset stewardship, and operational efficiency across a WA-based on-site portfolio (Bellevue/Seattle/Lynnwood/Federal Way). Drive sourcing via RFPs, negotiations, and performance monitoring; translate business requirements into scalable procurement and facilities solutions; provide reporting and leadership dashboards. Requires 5+ years in fixed asset procurement, facilities services, and corporate real estate with strong financial acumen and vendor management, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fixed asset procurement, facilities services, and corporate real estate operations
- Prior facilities services and vendor management experience
- Strong understanding of capital procurement, asset lifecycle management, and facilities services
- Experience establishing a strong facilities services program foundation (preferred)
- Financial acumen and cost management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Software proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or global office portfolios
