Job Summary
Oversee daily white-glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services while supervising service crews and developing team members. Provide tactical oversight by assigning work, ensuring compliance with SOPs and industry standards, and managing vendor relations through issue escalation and feedback. Deliver training and guidance to staff, providing backup leadership under the Manager, Global Data Center Services to maximize transportation and distribution workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years working in a data center environment
- 1+ years of supervision

- Some College/Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales
