Supervisor, GIC Engineering Controls

Supervisor, GIC Engineering Controls leads a 10+ person team of configuration and requirement management engineers for AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and legacy analog control/protection systems in nuclear power plants. Located at the Warrendale, PA office on a hybrid basis, the role guides cross-functional engineering activities, manages DOORS-based requirements environments, develops complex project definitions, budgets, and resource plans, and ensures adherence to Westinghouse procedures while maintaining strong customer relationships and collaboration with product lines, sales, and customers. Responsibilities include supervision and performance management, cross-organizational coordination, and driving technical processes and standards for complex control design theory across multiple subsystems. Requires a BS in a STEM field, 7+ years of experience, and 2+ years of people/project management experience; compensation range is $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
