Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for General Services, culture, and employee engagement; administer and coordinate workspace and common areas, annual Culture/Engagement/Events calendar, and plant events; coordinate onboarding logistics and training programs; track process metrics and vendor/provider performance; ensure compliance and manage payments to General Service providers; promote internal/external communications of events; travel 26-50% to support plant visits and activities; collaborate with HR and Operations for learning opportunities; position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in General Services, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in General Services administration
- Experience managing vendors and service providers
- Experience with administrative controls, budgets, expenses, and inventories
- Experience coordinating employee engagement activities, events, onboarding, or training programs preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Experience coordinating onboarding and training activities
