Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Gallery, coordinating with Receptionist, Greeter, and Hostess to ensure adequate manpower and optimal tour flow. Develop and implement gallery procedures to maximize tour capacity, manage materials and equipment, and build relationships with external vendors and internal associations. Communicate gallery strategy to the sales and marketing teams, supervise and coach the staff, conduct performance-related activities, and ensure timely daily reports and readiness for sales presentations. Monitor guest satisfaction, maintain professional standards, and ensure adherence to company policies while coordinating schedules and maintaining gallery supplies.
