Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and deliver outstanding service while accurately processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Assist with merchandising, operations, sales, and inventory management tasks including restocking, pricing updates, and floor maintenance. Partner with the Store Manager to establish critical metrics for sales, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll, and scheduling. Coach, train, and manage all aspects of performance and development for store associates to encourage professional growth. Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, shop, and restrooms. Work retail shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Experience using a computer and handheld devices
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a retail schedule of nights and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
