Job Summary
Greet customers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain the sales floor through restocking, pricing updates, and inventory management. Partner with management to establish critical metrics for sales, visual standards, operations, safety, and training, while developing staff skills and resolving customer complaints professionally. Ensure accurate cashier duties and merchandising support are completed daily, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. This role contributes to Pure Hockey's customer-focused retail environment by driving engagement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
- Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Experience using a computer and handheld devices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
