Job Summary
Oversee commercial cleaning accounts in the Greater Columbus area by managing large and small crews, conducting building inspections, and delivering supplies. Schedule staff, handle timekeeping and payroll, manage employee relations, and cover open positions while executing special projects. Provide training and development for team members and maintain high standards of customer service. This primarily evening shift runs from 5:00pm to 2:00am. Candidates must have a clean criminal background and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications

- History of progressive experience in the janitorial field
- Capabilities of Managing large and small crews at a variety of different types of facilities
- Sense of urgency
