Job Summary
Support General and Assistant Managers in restaurant operations by leading shifts in front-of-house and back-of-house, coaching staff on service steps, and ensuring all procedures from the Confidential Manual of Operations are followed. After training, maintain working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients while performing assigned tasks and supporting other employees as a team player. Adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain daily restaurant standards. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within a family-owned restaurant serving great food since 1976.
Required Qualifications
