Supervisor, FT Rides Park Operations

As Full Time Rides Supervisor at Sesame Place, you’ll oversee Rides operations, staffing and training to ensure memorable and positive experiences for Guests and Ambassadors. You will coordinate and implement all aspects of department trainings and certifications including Rides Policy and on-the-job training; ensure compliance with Sea World standards, policies, and procedures; assist in monitoring staffing needs with the rides manager; partner with scheduling to maintain appropriate schedules; perform ambassador in-park auditing for safety, guest service, and SOP compliance; lead and develop part-time rides leadership; participate in department and park Duty Manager shifts; and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills, plus ability to manage multiple tasks, train staff, and adapt to demanding environments.
