Job Summary
Oversee a team of Sales Advisors within the Dundee store, driving commercial success by analysing data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions. Manage store operations, including stock audits, visual standards, and wage controls, while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency. Lead and inspire the team through coaching, training sessions to enhance product knowledge, and upskilling for future progression. Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve operational challenges to maintain high standards across the floor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
- Ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
- Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
- Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships
