Lead a small instore department team as a role model for world-class customer experience delivery, providing on-the-spot feedback and celebrating successes. Implement visual merchandising standards to ensure meticulous store presentation and drive commercial goals by supporting efficient best practices. Motivate colleagues to exceed set targets while promoting Sports Direct values internally and externally. This role requires recent supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail, with a salary of €37,500 per annum plus bonuses.
